| Day | Sunny weather |
| Time of day | 07:00– |
| Start location | In front of the cavern |
| Event summary | The player finds themselves surrounded by 3 blue monster slimes. Zarah jumps in to your aid and slays them then gives you advice about carrying food when entering the caverns. |
The player is surrounded by three slime monsters in front of the cavern. Zarah shows up and stands in front of the player.
- Zarah:Step back!
- (Zarah defeats the monsters, and turns around to face the player.)
- Zarah:Hey, don't mention it! You were in trouble, and I happened to be passing by. You okay?
- Player:Thank you Zarah, I owe you one.
- Zarah:Don't worry, I'm glad I've come to help you just in time.
- Player:Whoa that surprised me, you are really strong.
- Zarah:Hah hah hah, yeah I train to fight those guys a lot.
- Zarah:Good. Well, I have to be somewhere else. Just eat some food, and you'll be as good as new. You don't seem to be badly injured.
- (The player nods, and Zarah walks away.)
Four heart event[]
| Day | Sunny weather |
| Time of day | 07:00– |
| Start location | Forest path |
| Event summary | Zarah is sat eating lunch on the forest path and explains that everyone on the island has a different opinion of what she does as an explorer. She then sneezes as 2 cats approach. Zarah explains that she has a mild cat allergy and ends up throwing her sandwich on the floor accidently getting dirt in on and decides to go home to eat. |
The player is walking through the forest, and meets Zarah sitting on the ground, with a sandwich in her hand.
- Zarah:Oh, hey. Surprised I'm not doing something amazing right now?
Even adventurers need to eat every once in a while.
Wait, that came out a little harsh. I'm sorry.
Everyone around here thinks I'm some sort of heroine who's always having daring adventures.
Either that or they think I'm a mooch who lives off a trust fund or something.
It seems like everyone has an opinion about me.
- Player:What kind of adventures do you go on?
- Zarah:All kinds, really. It's nice when someone's paying me to find rare gems or map out an unknown part of the cavern.
But I also like to find little pieces of history on my own.
- Player:What kind of sandwich is that?
- Zarah:Oh, this? It's just your basic veggie sandwich.
Nothing tastes better than roasted veggies on a bun.
It gives me a lot more energy than junk food does.
- Zarah:Look, this was fun, but I need to finish eating and get back to exploring. See you around.
- (Then Zarah sneezes.)
- Zarah:Achoo!
- (A cat appears from behind Zarah.)
- Zarah:Excuse me! That's strange. I wonder if there's...
- (The cat meows, grabbing Zarah's attention.)
- Zarah:...a cat around.
- (The cat tries to get close to Zarah, who is taken aback and ends up throwing her sandwich away.)
- Zarah:Look, you're cute, but – aaaaa! – I'd rather enjoy my lunch without sneezing.
- (A second cat joins in.)
- Zarah:Where are all these cats coming from?! Shoo!
Can you give me a hand, Player?
- (The player shoos the cats away.)
- Zarah:I'm okay, thanks for asking.
I have a mild cat allergy, but don't worry. It isn't anything terrible.
I just didn't want cat hair in my food, that's all.
But now I have dirt all over the sandwich instead...
I'm gonna go home and eat.
You're good, right?
I'll see you another time, then.
Six heart events[]
Part one[]
| Day | Sunny weather |
| Time of day | 07:00– |
| Start location | In front of the cavern |
| Event summary | Zarah is excited over a poem that she has discovered and tells you the story of pirate treasure that was lost and possibly remains on the island. The first part of the riddle refers to the river outside the cavern which she explains used to be dry but was consumed with water causing the treasure to be lost. Zarah talks about finding the other parts of the poem and asks you to look for it in the ocean and in the cavern while she looks for the fishing one. |
The event starts as Zarah is standing on the bridge over the forest river. The player walks up to Zarah.
- Zarah:Player!
I was fishing, and I found this.
- (Zarah takes out a document. A picture of a treasure map with a dotted path and big X on it is shown.)
- Zarah:At the risk of sounding gaga, I think it’s a map to a treasure chest!
Look at the squiggly thing.
- (The player is confused.)
- Zarah:I know, I know.
Let me tell you something about this river. Has anyone told you it used to be dry?
Well, it’s true. No need to ask anyone else. It’s the truth. This river was dried out for decades.
My granddad was an adventurer like me, and he used to tell me this river was known for being full of treasure.
Before it dried out, it used to flow with the warmest water until pirates used this island to store their loot.
He said the island was angry about what it had become.
The base camp of mischief. So, the river swallowed their treasure.
Rumour has it that when one pirate came back to find it, it had disappeared along with the water and only a miracle could return them.
The poem that he wrote with clues to the treasure’s location was also gone. He became paranoid and lost his mind.
He returned to the sea, and his ship was lost in a storm. The pirates were never seen again.
- (Zarah holds the document out and looks at it)
- Zarah:Player! I think this squiggly thing is the poem!
- Player:Miracles? Poem?
- Zarah:A lot to take in, huh?
- Player:No, I don’t believe in miracles. I think the island improved somehow, and Chieftain granted the warm water.
- Zarah:Heh heh heh. You don’t believe in miracles, but you believe in Chieftain?! You’re something else, player.
- Zarah:Anyway, I agree with you. I think we’ve improved the island somehow, and maybe you’re right about being granted the warm water again.
- Zarah:Anyway, now the exciting part! So if it’s true, the tresure [sic] chest shoudl still be here! On this island!
People say it’s hidden in the mountain. But I don’t buy it. Granddad also thought it should be closer to the beach, not up in the mountain.
This poem is the first part of the puzzle. We need to find three other pieces to understand the whole clue.
- (The player nods. Zarah puts the document away)
- “Meet me at the foot of the giant. For I was flowing. I was the heart that pumps its veins blue…”
- Zarah:Are you in?
- Player:Yes! Count me in!
- Zarah:That’s the spirit! I know you were a squid!
- Player:Umm… it sounds silly.
- Zarah:Oh come on! It’ll be fun. We have nothing to lose! Even if the tresure [sic] chest is a hoax, we still get to explore the island.
- Zarah:Okay, the first clue obviously refers to the river. the giant is the mountain, and the blue vein is the woodlands river.
I’ll handle the fishing part. You go check out the cavern and the ocean for the other two pieces. Let’s meet here when we have it all.
As the cutscene ends, the player recieves the quest Fabled Treasure.
Part two[]
| Day | Sunny weather |
| Time of day | 07:00– |
| Start location | Pier by Zarah's Boat |
| Event summary | Once you have found the 2 parts of the poem you are asked to take them to Zarah at her boat. She is excited, but says she can't read the writing, but them has a bright idea and disappears into her boat. |
The event starts as the player enters the area in front of Zarah's Boat. Zarah is fishing off the dock, but stops when the player approaches her.
- Zarah:Any news on the letter fragments?
- Player:I found them all!
- Zarah:WHOA!
- Player:Yes, I got them right here.
- Zarah:OH MY GOSH!
- Zarah:WOW! You did it. There werent[sic] any clues in the forest or lake.
- Zarah:All right, This[sic] language is puzzling… I have no idea what it means. Give me some time, see if–
OH I KNOW!
- (Zarah runs into her boat.)
Seven heart event[]
| Day | Sunny weather |
| Time of day | 06:00– |
| Start location | Farm |
| Event summary | Zarah turns up at the farm after deciphering the poem and gives you the option to choose what you think the riddle means. |
Zarah shows up at the player’s farm.
- Zarah:Player!!! Player!
I got too excited. Did I wake you?
Look! I deciphered it! It was just old and wet. It happened to me before, when I was in —
Anyway, doesn’t matter. So I dried it and take a look at this.
- (Zarah shows the poem to the player.)
I exist at the sunrise to thee heart, for the sunset of me is home to the island’s beasts.
Climb down and away from the hill... Near the end of the ever flowing.
It takes not one but two lads to feed me. From the gut of the running vein. Fall north then come inside. For what I’ve been prepared, to greet at last...
Forrest Fern.
- Zarah:So the sunrise to the heart, the sunset of me is home to the islands beasts...
- Player:Sunset to the heart... We need to go to the beach! It’s where the sun sets.
- Zarah:OH! I think you had it backwards! The heart of Earth, Player.
It’s the forest! We should walk to the east from the forest!
- Player:We should walk east from the forest. The Vineyard area!
- Zarah:OH! Forest is the heart of earth! The sunset of me is the home to the islands beasts.
The forest is where the beasts are... Quick!
- Player:We should wait here until the sun sets, and the beast will come to show us the way.
- Zarah:What?! No. That’s a bad idea.
OH! I KNOW!
The heart, Player. The heart of Earth is the forest! We should walk to the east from the forest! The vineyard area!
- (They head to the vineyard.)
- Zarah:“Climb down and away from the hill.”
“Near the end of the ever flowing.”
Hmmm... What do you think this means?
- Player:The flowing is referring to the creek near the school.
- Zarah:I think you might be onto something here, Player! Let’s go!
- Player:Garden Lane! It’s right below this hill.
- Zarah:Hmm... I don’t know about that. Garden Lane’s river comes from the one near the school. Should we try that one first?
- (They go to the creek near the school and Emma and Dippa’s house.)
- Zarah:“Near the end of the ever flowing. It takes not one but two lads to feed me.”
“From the gut of the running vein.”
- Player:The gut of running vein is the end of the river.
- Zarah:Yes! That makes so much sense.
- Player:Two lads to feed me means we need to walk away from creek.
- Zarah:Yes! That makes so much sense.
- Player:I’m hungry.
- Zarah:What?! Yes, well, me too.
We’ll get something to eat after this.
- Player:This is silly.
- Zarah:Yes, this is absolutely ridiculous.
And really fun!
- Zarah:Near the end of the ever flowing. It takes not one but two lads to feed me. From the gut of the running vein.
We need to move away from the river to a distance equivalent to the height of two people.
Well, we should be at one person’s height to the river so let’s walk a bit that way.
It should be here somewhere. Wanna start digging?
- (They start digging here and there around the area until the player finally unearths something.)
- Zarah:Holy guacamole!
- Player:We just found a treasure chest!
- Zarah:Wow! It’s real! I swear I thought this was a coin toss until now.
- Player:Hold up a sec!
- Zarah:No way! This is monumental, Player! My mind is BLOWN!
- Zarah:We gotta let the Mayor know about this.
Eight heart event[]
| Day | Any |
| Time of day | 07:00– |
| Start location | Community Center |
| Event summary | You and Zarah take the treasure chest you've found to Mayor Connor. The player opens it with a pickaxe and gives the contents to Millie who is also there. Millie thanks you for the generous contribution. Zarah then tells you how much she has enjoyed treasure hunting with you. |
The player and Zarah walk into the Mayor’s office inside the community center and puts down the treasure chest. Connor and Millie stand up to greet them.
- Connor:Hello there! What brought you here?
- Player:We struck gold — a legendary treasure chest!
- Connor:Wow!
- Player:What brought YOU here?
- Connor:I’m just part of the furniture around here, Player.
- Connor:Hold on... is that what I think it is? Is that... a treasure chest?!
- (The player exchanges looks with Zarah before nodding.)
- Connor:You should open it. You found the treasure.
It’s only fair.
- (The player opens the chest using a pickaxe to find a jewel inside. The player hands it over to Millie.)
- Millie:Thank you for donating this, Player.
This is a generous gift.
- Zarah:Treasure hunting with you was a wild ride, Player.
I had a lot of fun.
Mayor, who exactly is this Forrest Fern?
Ten heart event[]
| Day | Sunny weather |
| Time of day | 18:00– |
| Start location | Beach |
| Event summary | Zarah invites the player to watch a movie on the beach. |
The player approaches Zarah at the beach. Zarah has set up blankets and pillows in front of a makeshift projection screen. The player joins Zarah on the blankets.
- Zarah:You came!
- (The movie starts, and Zarah and the player enjoy the film together. The movie ends, and Zarah is resting her head on the player's shoulder.)
- Zarah:That was quite a film, huh?
- (The player smiles)
- Zarah:Player, there's something I need to tell you.
And I've been trying to find the perfect moment, but I realize there's never really a 'perfect' moment for things like this. - Zarah:This adventure we've been on, it's been... well, it's been the time of my life.
Not because of the excitement or the treasures we've found, but because I've got to share all those moments with you.
What I'm trying to say is... - (Zarah and the player both sit up)
- Zarah:Player, I'm in love with you.
- Player:I've been feeling the same way about you.
- Zarah:Holy guacamole!
- (Zarah and the player kiss)
- Player:I care about you as a friend, but I don't have romantic feelings for you.
- Zarah:TBA
Wedding[]
| Day | 3 days after proposal |
| Time of day | 06:00– |
| Start location | Farm |
| Event summary | Zarah and the player exchange vows in front of the community center. |
All weddings have the same script with the exception of your partner's first response and their vows.
- (The player says their vows to Zarah)
- Zarah:That's the most beautiful thing I've heard, Player.
- Zarah:Today, I vow to love you with all my heart, to support you in your dreams and aspirations, and to be your faithful partner in all things.
I promise to be a source of strength and love for you.
I vow to always be by your side, to listen when you speak, to value our differences as much as our common ground. - Zarah:Right here, Player, in front of the Community Center in a town I call home... I choose you to be my forever. I accept you as you are, and offer myself in return.
I promise to walk with you hand-in-hand, wherever our journey may lead us, living, learning, loving--together, always.
The common wedding script continues with traditional "I do" vows and the player and Zarah are officially married.

| Summary | Zarah talks about when she thought she'd found treasure. |
- Zarah:So, this is fun... you’re a farmer, right? Have you ever found anything cool buried in your farm’s soil?
Like, treasure-worthy cool?
- Player:Just the usual — rocks, weeds, and worms.
- Zarah:Rocks, weeds, and worms? Classic.
- Player:I did find an old coin once. Does that count?
- Zarah:An old coin? That totally counts! Who knows, maybe your farm’s sitting on a hidden fortune.
- Player:Nothing yet, but I’m keeping my hopes up!
- Zarah:Good attitude.
- Zarah:You never know what you might find. The ground holds secrets, you just have to dig in the right spots... and have a little patience.
I actually went to your farm a few years back, before you moved in. Thought I’d poke around, see if there was anything interesting to dig up.
Didn’t find much... just some kids building a plant fort.
- Player:That’s a pretty cool story, actually.
- Zarah:Ah, you like that, huh?
- Player:Kids building a fort? Sounds like fun.
- Zarah:Ah, you like that, huh?
- Player:You were treasure hunting on my farm? Before I moved in?
- Zarah:Guilty as charged! I couldn’t resist.
- Zarah:I’ve got plenty more stories like that, if you’re interested.
This one time, I’m deep in the jungle, covered in mud, surrounded by mosquitos, when I spot it.
A shimmer in the dirt. My heart’s pounding — could this be the legendary artifcat I’ve been chasing?
I’m imagining museums, fame, my name in history books!
- Player:And then?
- Zarah:Okay, so here’s the deal.
- Player:You actually found it?
- Zarah:Okay, so here’s the deal.
- Player:Let me guess... it wasn’t a treasure.
- Zarah:Okay, so here’s the deal.
- Zarah:I dug it out — this was back before I had my fancy metal detector gadget.
Looked bowl-shaped, kind of shiny, and had some gold coloring on it. Definitely gave off that ‘expensive ancient artifact’ vibe, you know?
So I took it back to my boat, all excited.
Cleaned it up real carefully with my special treasure cleaner — seriously, not just any old soap, this stuff’s legit.
Spent hours on it. Let it dry and everything.
Then I brought it to an archaeologist friend of mine — not important who, but anyway, they took one look at it and said, ‘It’s a can of tuna.’
An old can of tuna, sure, but still... tuna.
I guess it’s technically old enough to call an artifact, but let’s just say didn’t exactly pay off.
Still, a money-maker, though!
- Player:Wait, you spent hours cleaning a can of tuna?
- Zarah:Yep, part of the job, my friend!
- Player:An old can of tuna is pretty cool!
- Zarah:At least it paid something, right?
- Player:At least it makes a great story!
- Zarah:Yeah and it paid something, right?
- Zarah:It’s not always about finding the coolest or most expensive stuff, you know... This job’s a lot of digging up and selling what most people would call junk.
But hey, I love it!

| Summary | Zarah talks about what it's like to experience a storm on a boat. |
- Zarah:Oh, the weather today is beautiful...
But storms? When it’s actually storming? That’s a whole other story! Especially when you’re living on a boat, surrounded by water.
It’s nature’s way of keeping you humble.
- Player:That sounds terrifying. How do you stay calm?
- Zarah:You hold on, cross your fingers, and maybe yell some dramatic things at the sky. It’s an experience, for sure.
- Player:I can’t imagine being out there. Isn’t it dangerous?
- Zarah:Oh, yeah. But that’s half the thrill! Besides, the boat and I? We’ve been through worse.
You learn to trust it, even when it feels like you shouldn’t.
- Player:So... do you just hide below deck until it’s over?
- Zarah:Sometimes, yeah. I bundle up, grab a hot drink, and listen to the storm.
It’s kind of cozy if you ignore the occasional wave trying to flip your world upside down.
- Player:Sounds kind of cozy, actually.
- Zarah:Sometimes, yeah. I bundle up, grab a hot drink, and listen to the storm.
It’s kind of cozy if you ignore the occasional wave trying to flip your world upside down.
- Zarah:Once it’s over, though, the calm that comes after? That makes it all worth it.
The air feels fresh, the sky looks like a painting, and you can’t help but feel a little badass for surviving it.
It’s worth every second of chaos, honestly.
Though, there was this one time at sea where I swear I thought the boat was going to flip.
Honestly, it was one of the scariest nights of my life. I stayed on guard the entire time, gripping anything I could.
Thankfully, it didn’t flip — we made it through just fine.
The boat and I... we’re tougher than we look.
- Player:That sounds terrifying.
- Zarah:It was! I was yelling at the storm like it owed me money.
Gotta find a way to let out some energy, right?
- Player:Your boat sounds expensive! To be able to handle storms like that.
- Zarah:Oh, it is! Got it reinforced after my first big scare.
It’s my baby, you know? Sturdy, reliable... but also eats up my wallet faster than I’d like!
- Player:I don’t think I could handle that. You’re braver than me.
- Zarah:Brave or stubborn, take your pick. But thanks!
- Zarah:Honestly, that night reminded me why I love this life. It’s not always smooth sailing, but the challenges?
They make the calm waters that much sweeter.

| Summary | Zarah talks about why she loves the life on a boat. |
- Zarah:So, Player, how’s life on the farm treating you?
Keeping busy?
- Player:It’s peaceful. I love the routine.
- Zarah:Peaceful sounds good. I mean, I love my boat, but the waves can be anything but routine.
It’s chaos, but it’s my kind of chaos.
- Player:Busy as always, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
- Zarah:Busy’s good. Keeps you sharp.
- Player:It’s a lot of work, but it’s worth it.
- Zarah:Yeah! That’s what I admire about you, Player.
You make it all look easy.
- Zarah:Living on a boat is pretty good too, I guess.
It’s got this... freedom to it, you know? No walls to hold you in, just the open water.
Sure, the storms can be wild, and finding space for all my gear is like a game of Tetris, but waking up to the sound of the waves?
Nothing beats that.
I can pick up the anchor and sail somewhere new whenever I want. There’s a kind of magic to it.
Messy, unpredictable, but magical all the same.
Though I will admit, I’m a bit jealous of your farm sometimes. All that space, the animals...
Maybe one day I’ll convince you to let me set up a hammock on your porch. What do you say?
- Player:Sure, but you’ll have to pay rent.
- Zarah:Sure! That’s fair!
- Player:Of course. I’ll even build you a hammock stand.
- Zarah:That’s what I’d like to hear!
- Player:No way. The porch is for farming business only.
- Zarah:Okay, that’s fair, but this isn’t over, my friend!
- Zarah:It’d be nice to cook in a kitchen that doesn’t sway with the waves.
Reminds me of the time I tried making pancakes during a storm — what a disaster!
- Player:What happened?
- Zarah:Well, I had my little stove going, the batter ready, and I’m flipping pancakes like I’m a pro chef.
- Player:I didn’t know you cooked!
- Zarah:Well, I try to cook. Doesn’t always work out.
I had my little stove going, right? The batter is ready, and I’m flipping pancakes like I’m a pro chef.
- Player:Did you at least get to eat any pancakes?
- Zarah:Yeah, eventually! The first batch went overboard, and the second batch? Well, ceiling pancakes aren’t exactly appetizing.
I had my little stove going, right? The batter is ready, and I’m flipping pancakes like I’m a pro chef.
- Zarah:Then BAM — a wave hit. The batter? Straight to the ceiling.
And I’m just standing there with a spatula, wondering how my life got to this point.
After that, I swore off cooking on rainy days. The boat and I agreed — some things are best left for calmer waters.
- Player:At least it’s a funny memory!
- Zarah:True! And now, every time I clean the ceiling, I think of it.
- Player:You could’ve made sea-salted pancakes!
- Zarah:A little ocean flavor never hurt anyone. Let me send it over to you when it’s done!
- Player:Make a big batch and store them in the fridge.
- Zarah:That’s a great idea! But no, I’m too lazy.

| Summary | Zarah and the player talk about why they love Coral Island. |
- Zarah:You know, Player, I’ve traveled to a lot of places — some stunning, some... less so — but Coral Island?
It’s something else. There’s just something about it.
It’s like the kind of place you dream about when you’re away.
- Player:What makes it so special for you?
- Zarah:Everything! The beaches, the sunsets, the people... It feels alive here, you know?
- Player:Have you always felt that away about it?
- Zarah:Not always. When I was younger, I took it for granted — thought it was too small, too quiet.
But the more I’ve traveled, the more I realized this island’s beauty is in the little things.
And those little things? They’re priceless.
- Player:You sound like you’re in love with the place.
- Zarah:Maybe I am. It’s hard not to be, right? And honestly, getting to share it with people like you makes it even better.
- Zarah:I mean it — having you here makes this place feel even more like home. You’re a good friend, Player.
- Player:You’re a good friend too, Zarah.
- Zarah:Good to know. You’d better not be planning to leave anytime soon — I’d miss you too much.
- Player:I’m glad you feel that way. This island is special.
- Zarah:Couldn’t have said it better myself. We’re lucky to be here, aren’t we?
- Player:Thank you, that’s sweet!
- Zarah:You’d better not be planning to leave anytime soon — I’d miss you too much.
- Zarah:What do you like the most about this place, my farmer friend?
- Player:The peaceful vibe — it’s like time slows down here.
- Zarah:Totally get that.
- Player:The people. Everyone’s so welcoming and kind.
- Zarah:Yeah, they are.
- Player:Honestly? The fresh air and stunning views... and you.
- Zarah:Wait, what?! Ah... uh, I don’t know what to say... thank you.
- Zarah:Here’s to more sunsets, more adventures, and more stories. Coral Island really is home.

| Summary | Zarah shares a story of her adventure on another island. |
- Zarah:That farm of yours, I bet you get a lot of wildlife stopping by, don’t you?
- Player:Yeah, all kinds! Rabbits, deer, birds — you name it.
- Zarah:Sounds magical. A little paradise for animals... and you.
- Player:Not as much as you’d think. They tend to stay away from the crops.
- Zarah:Smart creatures. They know better than to mess with a hardworking farmer like you.
- Player:Sometimes. It’s nice to see them around.
- Zarah:I get that. There’s something peaceful about sharing your space with nature.
- Zarah:Maybe I should come by and check it out sometime. Who knows, maybe I’ll spot something rare — or I’ll just enjoy the view... of you, of course.
So, let me tell you, I camped out in a spot kind of like your farm once. Not here — different island, for work, you know.
It was this remote area, right next to a forest, middle of nowhere.
And that night? Freezing cold. I couldn’t bring myself to go outside... too scared.
You know, creepy vibes, dead quiet except for the wind and the forest creaking around me.
Then, I heard it — this slow, deliberate creak right outside my tent. My heart was racing.
My brain was already imagining the worst. Like, it’s either a bear sniffing me out, or... something worse.
I stayed perfectly still, clutching a flashlight like it was a sword, waiting for it to just... go away.
But nope, the creaking got louder! I finally worked up the nerve to peek outside, and what did I see? Not a bear. Not a ghost.
It was a peacock. A flipping peacock, stomping around, making its weird creaky noises.
- Player:A peacock? In the middle of nowhere?
- Zarah:Yeah, talk about fancy wilderness. The thing looked more annoyed than I was scared.
Probably mad I was camping on its turf.
- Player:I can’t believe you thought it was a bear.
- Zarah:Hang on there, farmer! In my defense, it was dark, and I was alone! A peacock wasn’t exactly my first guess.
The thing looked more annoyed than I was scared.
Probably mad I was camping on its turf.
- Player:Did it at least stick around and keep you company?
- Zarah:Not a chance. The thing looked more annoyed than I was scared.
Probably mad I was camping on its turf.
- Zarah:That’s the thing about the wild, though. It always keeps you guessing.
But you know, if I ever camp out near your farm, at least I’ll have you to keep the peacocks— or bears —away. Right?
- Player:You don’t need to camp out — you can stay inside with me.
- Zarah:Oh, now that’s an offer I can’t refuse.
- Player:I’ll keep the bears and peacocks away, don’t worry.
- Zarah:I’m holding you to that... my brave protector.
- Player:Are you sure you’re cut out for the wild life?
- Zarah:Nope, so... having you around wouldn’t hurt.

- Zarah:Well, don’t you look amazing today! What’s the special occasion?
Or are you just trying to impress me?
- Player:No occasion, just felt like dressing up.
- Zarah:I like that. Every day should be a good enough reason to look good.
Especially if it makes my day better.
- Player:I had errands to run in town.
- Zarah:Ah, so you’re out here turning heads in town? Gotta say, I approve.
You look good!
- Player:You’re the occasion. Thought I’d dress up for you.
- Zarah:Well, aren’t you smooth?
- Zarah:You know, Player, I don’t think I’ve ever told you why I got into treasure hunting.
It all started with my grandfather. He was an adventurer — a real one, traveling the world, finding hidden artifacts. He always had the best stories.
I wanted to be just like him.
- Player:That’s such a cool inspiration!
- Zarah:It really was. I remember sitting by his chair, listening to him talk about ancient ruins and hidden maps.
It was like stepping into another world.
- Player:Sounds like he meant a lot to you.
- Zarah:He did. I remember sitting by his chair, listening to him talk about ancient ruins and hidden maps.
It was like stepping into another world.
- Player:Did he take you on adventures too?
- Zarah:Not exactly. But I remember sitting by his chair, listening to him talk about ancient ruins and hidden maps.
It was like stepping into another world.
- Zarah:As a kid, I’d pretend I was a pirate in the backyard, hunting for treasure with my lizzard, Snappy, as my crew.
I even made a little eye patch for him.
I think Snappy enjoyed it. He always sat on my shoulder like a true first mate.
- Player:You were born for this life, clearly.
- Zarah:And you’re my co-captain now.
- Player:I bet Snappy was the best first mate.
- Zarah:Absolutely. Loyal, fearless, and totally clueless. Can’t ask for more from a crew member!
Although... having you on board might just top that.
- Player:Does this mean I’m part of your crew now?
- Zarah:Oh, you’re more than part of the crew. You’re my co-captain now.
- Zarah:Sometimes, when I find something incredible, I like to think it’s him guiding me... my grandpa, not Snappy.
Well, maybe Snappy too! Like they’re still adventuring with me in spirit.
And now, I’ve got you to share it with too.
You make living here so much better, you know that?
