Wellness fruit can be bought multiple times at certain shops
Wellness fruit is a special consumable rewarded for completing various aspects of the game. Eating a wellness fruit permanently increases the player's health by 45.

There are seven wellness fruits available in the current version of the game.

Consuming a wellness fruit grants the player a buff that permanently increases their maximum health by 45 and prevents the eating of another wellness fruit that day.
Gifting[]
Wellness fruit cannot be gifted.

No altar needs wellness fruit.

Recipes[]
As wellness fruit have limited availability and a unique effect, care should be taken to not waste them on cooked dishes. No crafting recipe needs wellness fruit.
