Stamina fruit can only be consumed once per day to have the permanent effect
Stamina fruit is a special consumable rewarded for completing various aspects of the game. Eating a stamina fruit permanently increases the player's energy by 45 and refills it to the new max.
How to obtain[]
There are six stamina fruits available in the current version of the game.

Consuming a stamina fruit grants the player a buff that permanently increases their maximum energy by 45 and prevents the eating of another stamina fruit that day.
Gifting[]
Stamina fruit cannot be gifted.
Offering[]
No altar needs stamina fruit.

There are no quests that currently need this item.
Recipes[]
As stamina fruit have limited availability and a unique effect, care should be taken to not waste them on cooked dishes. No crafting recipe needs stamina fruit.
