The Oracle Chamber is located in Merfolk Kingdom and is currently run by the Oracle of the Kingdom, Cho Oyu.
The player can come to Cho Oyu with underwater products to upgrade their seeds or seaweed. The player can also purchase various items from the register or upgrade equipment that they have.

Upgrade Produce Quality[]
The shop allows the player to purchase seed or seaweed upgrades for underwater produce and animal products. The research takes time, and only one upgrade can be bought at a time. After the upgrade is completed, the player is not required to collect it manually from the lab, furthermore, the result will automatically be applied to all existing and future seed/seedling/sapling and seaweed (whether they are in inventory, chest or already planted or future purchase from shops).

Underwater Crafting Lab[]
Cho Oyu will add the option to develop new underwater farming equipment based on town rank. These act as a one time purchase, and upon purchase, the player will obtain the item and the crafting recipe. Going forward, crafting the items manually will require fewer ingredients.
