The New Year's Eve Feast is the last festival of Winter, taking place on the 28th at the Hillside Brewery and Vineyard. The celebration begins by interacting with the festival orb by the grapes after 19:00. On Winter 27th the player will receive a letter:
Once the festival begins, the in-game clock will stop and the player will be free to socialize with any townies and participate in any activities as much as they like.
Leaving the festival location will bring it to an end, with the player spawning in front of their house at 23:50.

There is a New Year Festival Booth at the top of the map, adjacent to the Don't Drop Balloon game. All items are sold at discounted prices except the wine, which has been marked up. There appears to be no limit to how many times each item can be purchased.

Watching Fireworks[]
The night ends with the start of the main event, which can be triggered by interacting with the festival orb to the middle-right of the event area, near the Lucky Wheel. When the night is over the town gathers by the Observatory to watch fireworks over the Hot Spring.

Lucky Wheel[]
The player spins a wheel to receive a prize. This wheel is near the middle of the event's area, and can be spun three times per event. Prizes for the wheel are:

Don't Drop Balloon[]
The player can initiate a game of Don't Drop Balloon near the top of the area, by the Observatory. The game is played by running up to balloons as they fall and left-clicking them before they touch the ground. The player takes turns with an opponent to push the balloon back up, and the first one to lose all their balloons loses. When needed, the player can press Space for bursts of speed to reach falling balloons in time, but these boosts are temporary. The area below the balloon is indicated with an outline on the ground that changes colors as the balloon lowers.
This minigame happens across three rounds in a tournament style lineup.
The New Year's Eve Festival is still a work in progress, and prizes for this game have not been finalized.
