Hillside Brewery and Vineyard is located on the far east of the farm and produces solely sake and wine. It is also where Luke, Bree, and Walter live; their manor is behind the vineyard. Bree oversees the Brewery's quality control. They do not sell their products directly to consumers, but they provide for local establishments and export most of their alcoholic beverages to neighboring countries.
