Farming is one of the masteries that involves the player growing crops on their farm. The player can then sell the crops they have harvested, process them into artisan products, cook with them or gift them.

Farming mastery[]

The Farming mastery pertains to all things having to do with tilling and watering the soil, and harvesting the produce. The farming proficiency is increased as the player gain level in their farming mastery. Gaining levels also allows them to obtain new crafting recipes or points to spend for new skill.

Experience[]

The player can increase their farming mastery level by doing activities below. Tilling soil using bomb or watering soil using sprinkler do not provide points. However, harvesting using sprinklers attachment does provide points although it is seemed not triggering learned skill such as Quality Crop or Double Crop.

Note in this section crops refer to plants from seeds, fruit plants refer to plants from seedling, and fruit tree refer to plants from sapling.

*To elaborate more on table above refer to example: Player harvests regular turnip for the first time. Player earns 25 farming points for harvesting crop for the first time, player also earns 25 farming points for harvesting turnip as a new crop for the first time, as well as earning 3 farming points because regular turnip's price is 40 Coin. Afterward player harvests regular daisy for the first time. Player earns 25 farming points for harvesting daisy as a new crop for the first time, as well as earning 3 farming points because regular daisy's price is 40 Coin.

Levels[]

Reaching a new level in farming mastery grants the player new crafting recipes when they go to sleep to end their day.

Skills[]

Every other level of farming mastery gained allows the player to unlock one skill. The player will be able to unlock up to five skills by leveling up. The last skill can be unlocked by purchasing farming elixir.

Skill Description and effect
Watering can skill Stay Hydrated 25% chance for watered soil to stay watered the following day.
Rare drop skill Quality Crop 10% chance to harvest better-quality crops.
Gather skill Double Crop 5% chance to harvest double crops.
Watering can skill Crop Express 10% chance for crops to grow faster.
Merchant skill Crop Price 15% increase to the selling price of all crops. (In-game description is not accurate, refer to Sell price)
Watering can skill Replant 10% chance to leave a seed behind when clearing crops (harvesting or destroying).

Proficiency[]

The higher the player's farming level is, the less energy it costs to use hoe and watering can. Using consumables that grant a farming proficiency buff can temporarily further reduce the stamina cost.
