Energy is required to carry out activities on the island. Energy is consumed when the player uses the various tools to complete tasks. If the player drops below 0 energy, they will collapse, being returned to the farmhouse and ending the in-game day.
Energy is restored at the beginning of every in-game day, as well as by eating consumable items such as cooked food and raw food ingredients or by resting at the hot spring. The player can also level various masteries to increase their total amount of energy and reduce the energy drained from using related tools.
The player starts the game with 450 energy, gaining more by leveling their masteries or consuming rare stamina fruit.
Sleeping[]
The player can restore their energy by sleeping. However, sleeping will skip time to the following day.
It is recommended to sleep before 12 AM to gain full energy when the player wakes up the next day. The player is automatically brought back to the farmhouse when they are awake past 2 AM, and their energy bar will not be at its maximum level.
