Cactus is a flower crop that can be grown from cactus flower seeds. The seeds become available at Sam's General Store if the player is Town rank B.
As of the 0.5 update, Cactus can be processed into Cactus Honey with the Bee house, and then processed into Cactus Mead through the Aging Barrel.
